• Job Description

  Key Responsibilities: > Supervise day-to-day operations of the warehouse including receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatching of raw materials and packaging materials. > Ensure optimal cold chain storage conditions are maintained, especially for sensitive ingredients used in ice cream production. > Monitor material movement and accuracy of documentation (FIFO/FEFO). > Ensure warehouse staff follow GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards. > Lead inventory cycle counts and support month-end inventory reconciliation. > Coordinate with production, QA, and procurement to align warehouse activities with production schedules. > Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of storage areas. > Support internal and external audits related to warehouse operations.
