Requirement
【MUST】 ・Graduate of HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course ・At least 2~3 year of experience in a manufacturing environment ・Excellent communication and coordination skills ・Willing to work onsite in Biñan, Laguna ・Residing in nearby areas such as Calamba, Sta. Rosa, Cabuyao, or Biñan 【BETTER】 ・Experience working in a Japanese company or with Japanese culture ・Familiarity with General Affairs, Benefits, and Recruitment functions ・Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR practices ・Skilled in Microsoft Excel and other administrative tools ・Basic Japanese language ability is a plus (but not required)
