As a Corporate Planning Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in developing, implementing, and aligning strategic plans with top management. You’ll provide analytical insight, lead planning initiatives, and help drive informed decisions across departments—ensuring the company achieves its long-term and short-term goals effectively. 【Responsibilities】・Collaborate with executives in designing corporate strategies and business plans ・Ensure cross-departmental alignment with company goals and initiatives ・Lead the creation and monitoring of performance metrics, forecasting tools, and financial analysis ・Evaluate corporate risks and recommend data-driven decisions ・Coordinate annual budgeting processes and strategic planning cycles ・Conduct internal research to improve systems and recommend process enhancements ・Prepare executive-level presentations, performance reports, and strategic documents ・Promote employee understanding of the company’s mission, vision, and goals

Requirement

【MUST】・Bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting, Business Administration, or any related business course ・At least 5 years of solid experience in corporate planning, budgeting, or financial management ・Strong analytical and forecasting skills ・Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English ・Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ・Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure ・Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments 【BETTER】・Background in the food manufacturing industry ・Experience in contract review or external service agreement preparation ・Familiarity with performance tracking systems and IT-based planning tools ・Prior experience in leading a team or supervising planning staff
