The ideal candidate will understand B2B sales processes and have a strong background in technical or solution-based selling. 【Responsibilities】 ・Develop and implement sales strategies and targets ・Identify new business opportunities and markets ・Present product solutions and negotiate agreements ・Manage and grow existing customer accounts ・Coordinate with regional teams (Philippines, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand) ・Analyze customer feedback to improve service and offerings ・Ensure smooth order processing, shipping, and issue resolution

Qualifications

    【MUST】 ・Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related fields ・Sales experience in flavors, fragrances, or food ingredient industries ・Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills ・Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ・Ability to work independently and as part of a team ・Willing to travel for business as needed 【BETTER】 ・Experience working with Japanese or regional clients ・Knowledge of technical sales or solution-based selling ・Familiarity with SAP or sales-related software tools ・Background in B2B account management and business development
