Responsibilities ● Support sales activities for existing Japanese clients in Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Subic, and other areas, and respond to customer inquiries. ● Understand clients' needs and requests, providing appropriate support. ● Assist in the preparation of quotations. ● Support the preparation of other documents for clients. ● Coordinate and manage delivery schedules. ● Communicate with the client's headquarters in English or Japanese. ● Provide support to Japanese staff. ● Assist in contract negotiations and sales activities. ● Translate Japanese sales materials, quotations, and other related documents. Requirement

Requirements <MUST> ● Proficiency in Japanese (at least N2 level). ● Ability to perform translation tasks. ● Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or sales assistant roles. ● Strong communication skills and the ability to build smooth relationships with clients and the company's Japanese headquarters. ● Team-oriented and cooperative mindset. ● Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of self-management. <Preffer> ● Work experience in a Japanese manufacturing company or Japanese trading company. ● Work experience in Japan. ● Business-level English proficiency.
