Responsibilities œ Support sales activities for existing Japanese clients in Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Subic, and other areas, and respond to customer inquiries. œ Understand clients' needs and requests, providing appropriate support. œ Assist in the preparation of quotations. œ Support the preparation of other documents for clients. œ Coordinate and manage delivery schedules. œ Communicate with the client's headquarters in English or Japanese. œ Provide support to Japanese staff. œ Assist in contract negotiations and sales activities. œ Translate Japanese sales materials, quotations, and other related documents. Requirement

Requirements œ Proficiency in Japanese (at least N2 level). œ Ability to perform translation tasks. œ Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or sales assistant roles. œ Strong communication skills and the ability to build smooth relationships with clients and the company's Japanese headquarters. œ Team-oriented and cooperative mindset. œ Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of self-management. œ Work experience in a Japanese manufacturing company or Japanese trading company. œ Work experience in Japan. œ Business-level English proficiency.
