Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST> - Bachelor’s Degree in: Tourism, Hospitality Management, or other related fields - Japanese Proficiency (N3 or above) – Strong communication skills in both written and verbal Japanese - Proficient in computer applications – MS Office, Google Suite & Workspaces - Excellent typing and data entry skills (minimum 50 words per minute) - Strong multitasking & time management abilities - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays and weekends - Willing to work in Makati or Laguna Office <BETTER> + Experience in travel & leisure agencies + Experience in BPO/customer service + Knowledge of booking systems (Amadeus is a plus!)
