Requirement

＜MUST＞・Bachelor’s degree or higher (Engineering, Quality Management, or related field) ・At least 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance ・Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 ・Strong problem-solving and analytical skills ・Excellent communication skills (internal and external coordination) ・Experience in team management and supervision ＜Better＞・Experience in quality control in the automotive parts or copier industry ・Knowledge of quality control tools such as QC 7 tools, FMEA, and PPAP ・Work experience in the Philippines or abroad ・Business-level proficiency in Japanese or English
