Job Description
Job Responsibilities ・Oversee overall operations as an Assistant Plant Manager ・Manage and monitor the entire factory floor operations ・Analyze issues and provide necessary instructions for resolution ・Supervise and control the production process ・Monitor and improve the quality control system ・Ensure the implementation and maintenance of equipment and maintenance plans ・Manage factory safety and risk management ・Oversee inventory control and procurement monitoring ・Coordinate with key personnel (Mr. Sugaya and Mr. Omi) and manage local staff ・Supervise and guide Assistant Managers ・Develop human resources and manage the team

＜Must＞ ・Experience in factory operations and management ・Management experience in the manufacturing industry ・Strong problem-solving and analytical skills ・Leadership and communication skills ＜Better＞ ・Ability to speak Japanese (optional) ・Experience working in overseas factories
