• Job Description

  ・Share instructions from top management. ・Receive feedback from other departments and coordinate with them. ・Monitor and record quality and yield performance. ・Report quality control results and yield performance to the manager. ・Investigate causes and propose improvements when yield decreases or quality issues arise. ・Participate in quality meetings with the Japanese headquarters. ・Plan and manage department schedules and plans. ・Prepare materials for monthly quality reports. ・Once familiar, propose training for continuous improvement. ・Support the maintenance or modification of the quality management system. ・Verify product requirements and address quality issues. ・Regularly review tasks and progress. ・Once familiar, provide instructions and assign tasks to local staff. ・Develop, implement, and report results of yield improvement and production efficiency enhancement plans.
