• Job Description

  <Authority> 1.Conduct maintenance of machines and technical related causes of quality problem and unsafe working conditions. <Duties and Responsibilities> 1. Monitor industrial machinery maintenance and the technical crew assigned to the section. 2. Arranges maintenance schedule of machinery organizes proper purchasing of spare tools and accessories and searches for the appropriate resources for the upkeep of the company's machinery to ensure continuous operation. 3. Determines and records equipment that guarantees special characteristics. 4. Generatess daily equipment's inspection plans and its enforcement to the department using the machines. 5. Receives and checks the purchased company supplied manufacturing equipment 6. Conducts technical training and motivational exervises to subordinates. 7. Coordinates and provides assistance to constrctors during construction works, renovations and installations of additional facilities. 8. Generatess the periodic equipment inspection plan. 9. Recommends disciplinary actions to be taken if situation requires 10. Generates process change implementation plan and responsible process change application form. 11. Ensures adherence and implementation of company policies and other related adminstrative functions. 12. Observe audits, spot-checks and inspects areas as work progresses. 13. Updates section head in a timely manner or activities / deviations that will affect the overall line performances. 14. Generates plan and checklist for dealing with accidents and implement corresponding countermeasures. 15. Observes and implements company policies and other related administrative functions. 16. Implementation of 5s all the time. 17. Perform all other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the superiors.
