• Job Description

  <Authority> 1. Authorize to hold and reject inspected parts if found not complying with quality inspection procedures and standards. 2. Authorize to register Master Specification for product dimension, material property, money vecosity and measurement equipment in FM System. 3. Authorize to provide immediate containment action for the the abnormality encountered and report problem and action taken to superiors. <Duties and Responsibilities> 1. Conducts training for incoming product dimension and property inspectors. 2. Verify the accuracy of inspector's measurement and testing method against established work instructions. 3. Establish inspection and testing instruction/ procedure of each test item required in reference to DIN/JIS/Iso and other customer standard. 4. Review and updates inspection and testing procedures in alignment to standards. 5. Check and approve inspection (material and product) results done by QC inspectors. 6. Provide plan, monitor and update the status of product/ material for evaluation testing related to APQP/ PCN DCN parts and kaizen. 7. Analyze the result of testing and conduct investigation in case there is abnormality encountered n the results. 8. Conduct investigation for any problem/ feedback received related to dimension and material testing. 9. Monitor and update the status of annual requalification, lay out inspection and material periodic test plan. 10. Monitor downtime and abnormality encounter at during testing process and provide improvement action. 11. Update KPI for lay out inspection, annual requalification and material periodic testing and provide analysis for any unachieved targets.
