  As a Business Development Officer, the roles and responsibilities of new staff members will include, but are not limited to, the following: This role focuses on collaborating with distributors between farmers in the Philippines and end-sellers to address issues from procurement to delivery. The goal is to create business solutions that benefit everyone, from farmers to consumers. Here are the specific duties: ・Conduct on-site visits to farms to assess conditions, identify issues, and propose solutions. ・Coordinate meetings with new distributors and consulting firms. ・Manage price negotiations and cost control prior to business launch. ・Oversee scheduling and delivery timelines for vegetables and crops. ・Provide administrative support, including setting up meetings, submitting expense reports, managing travel plans, and creating summary reports to support both field and back-office operations. ・Assist with data analysis related to investment potential, such as risk assessment, cost evaluation, and profit forecasts. ・Apply critical and creative thinking to support the design and implementation of new business ideas.
