Job Description

The successful candidate shall oversee the operations of the wastewater treatment plant, locators’ effluent, and environmental projects. He/she will promote and initiate environmental protection and enhancement projects, as well as ensure the park’s compliance with environmental laws and regulations. He/she shall oversee the maintenance of utilities, common area, vehicles, and other facilities. He/she will coordinate and assist locators regarding their power, internet, and telephone requirements

Requirement

• At least six (6) years related experience, with 3 years in a managerial capacity; • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related technical course; MBA or Master’s degree in related field is an advantage; • skills in operations management and strategic planning; • leadership skills and decision making skills; • effective communication, both oral and written and customer focus; and • proficiency in MS office
