Job Description

> Manage assigned IT Infrastructure projects from proposal phase, kick-off, planning, on-site implementation up to completion/turn-over. > Gather the technical requirements and manage the development of high to low level design, drawing plans and shop drawings. > Creation and update of project schedule/WBS > CoordinaƟon and communicaƟon with project stakeholders > Work directly with customers and contractors on-site > Manage the installaƟon works for ELV System from structured cabling system (SCS), CCTV, PABX, Network Equipment, PA, etc. > Supervise vendors and suppliers/principals for contracted scope for installation. > Guide and ensure that health and safety policies of the sites are adhered to. > Manage the completion of project documents, submission to customer and closing the project.

Requirement

> Bachelor/College Degree in Electronic Engineering (ECE) > With 2 years strong work-related experience in ELV system, client & project management, or equivalent exposure > Must have an active license in ECE. > Has clear understanding of setup and troubleshooting of various ELV System (structured cabling, CCTV, Network, Wi-Fi, PA, Telephone etc.) > Holding a COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) Certificate is a plus. > Strong business acumen with strong interests in keeping up to date with current technologies. > Good analytical and problem-solving skills > Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and aƫtude even when faced with challenges. > Good verbal and written communication skills with presentation and negotiation skills > Computer literate.
