  JOB SUMMARY > Contribute to the group through the promotion of sales / marketing > Marketing and sale of the products of the Company, Group and Affiliates > Set up plan how to marketing strategies coreesponding to the Item No. 2 > The retrieval of accounts receivable STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES > Responsible for developing business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for TOWA in the Philippines. > Identifies and analyzes new opportunities and creates a tactical plan to capture the business. > Understands the competitive environment and provide market insight. > Develops and maintains close relationship with the customers at multiple levels. > Resolve and address critical issues and drive collaboration with respective stakeholders within TOWA to ensure customer’s needs are being met to close business. > Gain long lasting, strong relationships with customers key decision makers > Manages all business activities, including: Quoting, T&C's, Delivery commitments, Issue tracking, escalation and resolution, forecasting. > Managing Reps and work with Reps to support growth on TOWA products
