    We're looking for new RA to expand business in Philippines. -Develop new account and follow up existing clients. -Advise for Interviewing prospective candidates and matching them with vacancies at client companies. -Managing the recruitment process from candidate screening through to interview, performance feedback, offering negotiation. (If your are senior position) -Supervise Recruitment Advisor Team's Sales KPI. -Hiring New Talent for expanding own team. -Report to Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -At least Degree holder. -At least 5 years B to B sales experience service industry. -Strong development skills. -Strong Contract Negotiation skills. -Strong with MNC Network especially hiring purpose. -Willing to do hands-on work.
