  >Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. >Ensure accuracy and timeliness in month-end and year-end closings. >Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. >Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting processes specific to a manufacturing setup. >Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. >Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, providing mentorship and performance feedback. >Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and efficiency. >Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external consultants as needed.
