  • Job Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily sales transactions with PEZA companies, managing customer orders, and maintaining excellent communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. This position involves handling end-to-end processes such as issuing purchase orders, coordinating import shipments, managing deliveries, and overseeing inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1.Issuing Purchase Orders (P.O.) to Suppliers: ・Thoroughly review customer P.O.s before issuing supplier P.O.s ・Provide accurate P.O. confirmations to customers with remarks on stock and delivery schedules ・Record and update P.O. details in the monitoring system 2.Forecast Management: ・Evaluate customer forecasts and ensure accurate plotting in the monitoring file ・Coordinate with management for approvals on adjustments, cancellations, or schedule changes ・Communicate stock status to customers and remind them of their forecast responsibilities 3.Shipment Inbound Process Flow Management (Import): ・Coordinate shipping documentation with brokers for release and delivery to the warehouse 4.Delivery and Pick-Up Management: ・Prepare and manage Delivery and Pick-up Instructions (FIFO method) ・Perform final checks on delivery details and coordinate with the warehouse for smooth operations ・Ensure accurate packaging and unit measurements are captured ・Send Sales Invoices (S.I.) and Delivery Receipts (D.R.) to customers and warehouse 5.Sales Monitoring and Reporting: ・Maintain updated purchase and sales summaries ・Record new or updated quotations and price monitoring Other task will assign time to time

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ・Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field ・At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably with PEZA background ・Skilled in order processing, inventory management, and customer communication ・Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills ・Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ・Strong verbal and written communication skills ・Ability to work both independently and collaboratively ・Knowledge of sales order systems and forecasting tools is a plus ・Familiar with PEZA transactions ・Dedicated to providing exceptional service and resolving issues ・Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment ・Team player with a focus on accuracy and completeness
