Requirement
<MUST> ・Proven experience in proactive sales and new client acquisition ・Independent, hands-on approach to sales ・Flexible and dynamic mindset with a "sell-anything" attitude ・Solid B2B sales experience in the electronics, industrial, or manufacturing sectors ・Skilled in direct negotiations with both clients and suppliers ・Willing to undergo overseas training in another country, possibly Vietnam (approx. 2–3 months) ・Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) <BETTER> ・Experience in spec-in sales to engineering or R&D departments ・Business-level English proficiency ・Knowledge of semiconductors or precision components ・Well-connected within the local manufacturing industry ・Highly performance-driven with a strong desire to maximize commissions
