Key Responsibilities As the Store Manager for the new Makati location, you will oversee: -Customer Experience: Deliver and maintain the highest quality customer experience and customer relationship management -Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and manage staff; handle labor relations and team motivation -Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations including pre-opening preparations

<Required Qualifications> 1.Experience: Minimum 1+ years of "MANAGEMENT" and "TRAINING" experience in: -Five-star hotels (any department with customer-facing management responsibilities) -Fine dining restaurants or equivalent high-end hospitality establishments -Casino VIP rooms/high-roller areas 2.Training Experience: Proven experience in staff training, onboarding, and skills development 3. Job Stability: Candidates with multiple job changes of less than 2 years per company will generally be excluded from consideration <Preferred Qualifications> Store operations knowledge and experience (sales/cost management, inventory management, labor management, etc.) New store/restaurant launch experience High-end steakhouse experience Basic knowledge of wine and alcoholic beverages
