【Job Description】 ・Interpretation: Interpret technical instructions from Japanese technicians to local staff within the factory (Japanese ⇔ English/Cebuano). ・Translation: Translate and verify sewing specifications and pattern instructions sent from the Japanese Headquarters. ・Production Control: Manage production progress, adjust delivery schedules, and report to the Japanese team. ・Guest Relations: Attend to and assist visitors and clients traveling from Japan.

Job Responsibilities ・Visiting and handling Japanese clients (including email correspondence and phone calls in Japanese). ・Supporting Japanese sales staff (including interpretation and translation tasks). ・Processing Purchase Orders (PO), managing delivery schedules, and coordinating shipments. ・Coordinating with internal factory departments (Manufacturing & QA) in Filipino/Tagalog.

This is a great opportunity to grow your career while contributing to projects that make a real impact in the real estate and construction industry. • Handle general accounting transactions of the company • Manage invoices, receipts, and ensure compliance with BIR requirements • Assist in preparing liquidations and reimbursements • Handle releasing of check payments to on-site suppliers • Releasing BIR Form 2307 for on-site transactions • Monitoring payments (Google Sheet Monitoring: release of materials, date of P.O., date received by Accounting, target date for check release, and actual date of check availability) • Perform other relevant accounting tasks as needed

Responsible for overseeing all local procurement activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality acquisition of goods and services. This role manages supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, monitors purchasing performance, and ensures full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The manager works closely with various departments to support operational needs and enhance purchasing efficiency.

Role Summary Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure correct receiving, storage, issuance, and delivery of materials and equipment. Maintain accurate records, control inventory, and ensure safe and orderly warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities > Receive and release materials and equipment properly, with complete and accurate documentation. > Conduct regular inventory and cycle counts and report any discrepancies to the Project Manager. > Ensure issuance and deployment procedures are followed and properly recorded. > Implement warehouse procedures, report gaps or issues, and recommend improvements. > Monitor stock levels to avoid stock-outs and prepare purchase requests when items reach the re-order point. > Track delivery schedules and supplier performance and address causes of delays with concerned parties. > Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate shipments and deliveries to project sites. > Ensure compliance with company ethics and safety requirements and maintain good teamwork and coordination.
