> Developing and managing 3D models of building projects, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. > Facilitating collaboration among architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring that all project stakeholders have access to the latest model information. > Analyzing data from the BIM model to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes. > Conducting regular quality checks n models to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. > Providing training and support to team members on BIM software and processes. > Integrating various software tools and technologies to enhance the BIM process and improve workflows. > Preparing detailed documentation and reports related to the BIM process and model outputs. > Evaluating the sustainability of building designs through simulations and analysis within the BIM environment. > Coordinating with different disciplines to resolve conflicts and optimize designs before construction begins. > Ensuring that all BIM practices adhere to local and national regulations and standards.

<Responsibilities> Coordinate with suppliers to develop and finalize production and delivery schedules. Engage in discussions with suppliers to review and carry out the following tasks in detail: ・Confirm specifications ・Verify costs ・Develop the production plan ・Create a purchasing schedule ・Manage quality control and cost control ・Oversee the delivery schedule for the specified dates ＜Client detail＞ ・Existing Clients: Primarily Japanese companies in the OA (Printer) and Tier 1 class automotive device sectors. ・Estimate Clients: Local clients in the cold supply chain industry, including logistics and warehouse businesses.

> Prepare CSD in CAD and BIM (Combined Services Drawing) for coordination of all the services to avoid clashes. > Prepare Clash Detection Report for presentation via Naviswork Manage / Revit 3D view / CAD and resolve all clash detection between systems and other trades. > Coordinate with Designer’s Modeller and BIM Coordinator with other JV departments. > Manage to make adjustments and changes to a variety of detailed drawings as required by site. > Review and check accuracy of drawings prior to issuance for construction drawings. > Create, coordinate, and develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models. > Strong knowledge in using BIM modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD 2012 MEP, AutoCAD Suite, NavisWorks). > Ensure the quality of models as described in the BIM execution plan. > Assist BIM team in meeting with Designer. > Prepare clash detection reports and resolve clashes under the instruction of the BIM Manager. > Run interference detection to detect design clashes to assist the project team with coordination processes.

Key Responsibilities: >Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information regarding shipments and deliveries. >Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery. >Monitor shipment status and proactively update customers regarding delays or issues. >Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and reports. >Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering professional and efficient service. >Assist in resolving delivery or billing issues in coordination with other departments. >Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.

Technical / Hands-on Responsibilities : ・Operate die-casting machines (ranging from 250t to 850t) and establish/optimize production parameters (e.g., mold temperature, injection speed/pressure). ・As a hands-on leader, perform mold setups, maintenance, and troubleshooting yourself. ・Investigate the root causes of casting defects (e.g., flow lines, porosity, burrs, seizing) and implement permanent countermeasures. ・Provide on-the-job training (OJT) and technical guidance to team members on the factory floor.

> Preparing and checking of drawings and coordination with Design and Engineering Department. > Preparing and coordinate CSD, SEM and other drawings mat require to submitted by the engineer. > Ensure the provisions of structural openings are accurate and in compliance with MEP design drawings. > Prepares MEP shop drawings and selection details base from approved TDD and TDR. > Follow the instructions may be given by the immediate superior. > Perform other related task and duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
