Job Description
Short Summary As a Sales Manager, you will lead the sales team and manage both existing and new business opportunities with Japanese and Thai manufacturing companies. You will supervise the sales team, monitor KPIs, prepare quotations, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires close communication with the Japanese Managing Director and the headquarters in Japan. You will frequently visit customers throughout Thailand, especially in the Ayutthaya to Rayong industrial areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys leadership, customer relationship management, and working in a Japanese business environment. Key Responsibilities ・Lead and manage 4 sales staff ・Maintain relationships with existing Japanese customers ・Develop new business with Japanese and Thai companies ・Visit customers throughout Thailand ・Prepare quotations and manage customer projects ・Monitor sales KPIs and business targets ・Coordinate with the Managing Director and Japan headquarters ・Report sales performance ・Support customer problem-solving ・Coach and develop the sales team

MUST ・Nationality, Gender, Age ・Thai ・Gender: Any ・Age: 35–45 years old ・Education ・Bachelor Degree (Any field) ・English skill / Japanese skill ・JLPT N2 or N1 level, or equivalent Japanese communication ability ・Able to communicate with Japanese customers in Japanese ・Experiences ・Sales experience ・Experience handling Japanese customers ・Driver License ・Valid driver's license ・Own personal car ・etc ・Able to travel for business within Thailand Advantage ・Management experience ・Experience working for a Japanese company ・Experience in industrial machinery, machine tools, or manufacturing industry ・Good English communication skills ・Strong customer relationship-building skills
