  Short Summary - This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who wants to grow into a future finance leader. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to strengthen financial controls, improve accounting systems, and support business decision-making. This is not a routine accounting position. Instead, you will play an important role in organizational transformation by improving financial processes, enhancing governance, and introducing automation and AI solutions where appropriate. You will also support the development of the accounting team while preparing for a future leadership position as an Accounting Manager or Control Leader. Key Responsibilities - Lead monthly and yearly financial closing accurately and on time. - Ensure financial data is accurate and reliable for management decisions. - Support management with financial analysis, including P&L and cash flow. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to management. - Improve accounting processes and strengthen internal controls. - Drive process efficiency through automation and AI tools. - Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. - Support, coach, and develop accounting team members. - Participate in strategic projects related to finance transformation and business improvement. Organizational Structure - You will report directly to senior management, including the Vice President and the Control Transformation team. You will work closely with the accounting and finance team while collaborating with other departments to improve business performance and financial governance. This position is expected to become a future Accounting Manager or Control Leader, so leadership development is an important part of the role. You will be involved in cross-functional projects, support decision-making, and help build a stronger financial system for the organization. The role requires both operational accounting knowledge and the ability to lead process improvements across the company.
