Job Description

Short Summary The Junior Mechanical Engineer will support engineering and project site operations for industrial construction and installation projects. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or junior engineers who want to build their career in mechanical engineering and project management. The engineer will work closely with Senior Engineers and Project Managers to support site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, monitor project progress, and ensure work is completed according to engineering standards and project schedules. The main assignment will initially be at the Laem Chabang project site, but future assignments may vary depending on project requirements. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided by the Engineering Department. Key Responsibilities ・Support daily engineering activities at project sites ・Assist Senior Engineers and Project Managers in project execution ・Monitor mechanical installation work and site progress ・Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers ・Prepare engineering reports and project documentation ・Support site inspections and quality control activities ・Follow project schedules and safety requirements ・Assist in troubleshooting mechanical system issues ・Participate in project meetings and progress updates ・Learn project management and site coordination processes

Requirement

MUST ・Nationality: Thai ・Gender: Male or Female ・Age: 23-27 years old ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field ・English skill/Japanese skill: Not required ・Experiences: 　・Fresh graduates are welcome 　・Junior Engineer experience is acceptable 　・Able to work at project sites, especially Laem Chabang 　・Strong willingness to learn site operations and project coordination 　・Responsible and able to work under guidance from Senior Engineers and Project Managers ・Driver License: Required ・etc: 　・Able to travel and relocate according to project assignments when necessary Advantage ・Experience in mechanical installation or construction projects ・Experience working at industrial project sites ・Graduated from KMUTNB, KMITL, or KMUTT ・Knowledge of project coordination and subcontractor management ・Positive attitude and willingness to develop engineering skills
