Short Summary: - As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with companies to understand their business challenges and propose suitable IT solutions and services. This role involves client visits, sales presentations, proposal preparation, contract management, and sales target achievement. You will also support marketing activities such as seminars and webinars while coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Candidates who enjoy meeting clients, learning new technologies, and working in a dynamic business environment will be successful in this role. Regular visits to industrial areas and manufacturing clients are expected as part of business development activities. Key Responsibilities: - Approach prospective customers and develop new business opportunities - Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Expand sales opportunities within current customer accounts - Prepare quotations, invoices, contracts, and related sales documents - Follow up on customer payments and account matters - Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints professionally - Achieve individual and department sales targets - Report sales activities and business negotiations through the company platform - Prepare sales action plans and sales forecasts - Coordinate and support marketing activities such as seminars and webinars - Conduct client visits and business meetings in industrial areas Organizational Structure: - The Sales Executive will be a member of the sales team and work closely with management, marketing staff, and technical support teams. The position is responsible for managing both new and existing customer accounts while coordinating with internal departments to deliver suitable solutions. Daily work includes customer visits, sales planning, reporting, and communication with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager or designated supervisor. Collaboration with Japanese and Thai colleagues may be required depending on project needs and customer requirements. The role also involves supporting company marketing activities and contributing to overall business growth through proactive sales efforts and customer relationship management.

MUST: - Male and Female Age 25 - 30 Years - Bachelor’s degree - 1–2 years of B2B sales experience - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Able to travel to industrial areas - Proficiency in English - Japanese language skill is prefer : Business Level - Willingness to travel frequently to Chonburi, Rayong, and occasionally Korat - Able to stay overnight for business trips when required Advantage - Experience selling to Japanese companies - Experience in the manufacturing industry - Strategic thinking and business development skills - Experience with solution sales or IT-related services
