  • Job Description

    - Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for local staff with Japanese management - Employee Relations & Retention: Handle employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and implement initiatives to maintain high employee morale and a positive work environment. - Performance Management: Oversee the annual performance evaluation process and collaborate with management to determine promotions and salary adjustments. - Compensation & Benefits: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, social security, and provident fund contributions. Manage employee benefit programs. - Labor Law Compliance: Ensure all HR policies, company work rules, and practices are strictly compliant with Thai Labor Protection Laws. - Facility & Asset Management: Oversee office maintenance, lease agreements, company vehicles, and IT equipment/assets. - Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and building management. - Office Operations: Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. Coordinate company-wide events, safety drills, and internal communications. - Visa & Work Permit Management: Handle the end-to-end process for applying, renewing, and canceling Visas and Work Permits for Japanese expatriates and their families. - Living Support: Assist Japanese expats with relocation, housing agreements, and other necessary administrative support for their daily lives in Thailand.(If any) - Internal Document Drafting: Draft, review, and manage internal corporate documents, standard contracts, company regulations, and official announcement letters. - External Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with external law firms or legal consultants for complex legal issues, corporate registration changes, or potential litigation, outsourcing professional legal work as needed.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must] - At least 5 years experience as Admin Manager. - Management experience. - English: Intermediate level (Required to be able to manage and handle all of Admin/HR and Legal matters as top management of department) [Prefer] - Experience in a Japanese company - Japanese speaker
