  • Job Description

    - Short Summary: This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the industrial sector. The company is looking for an active and self-motivated sales person who can visit customers directly and build strong business connections. Main clients are Japanese manufacturing companies, but local Thai companies are also included. The candidate will handle B2B sales activities such as client visits, sales calls, relationship building, and follow-up support. Sales target achievement is important, and the company expects the candidate to think independently and create their own sales strategy. Direct visit to industrial areas such as Amata Nakorn, Rayong, Chonburi, Ayutthaya, and Korat is required. Daily reports will be prepared in English.  - Key Responsibilities: ・Find new clients through networking, cold calling, and business visits ・Maintain good relationship with existing customers ・Visit factories and industrial clients regularly ・Handle B2B sales activities for industrial solutions and services ・Prepare daily sales reports in English ・Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets ・Coordinate with internal admin team for quotations and purchase orders ・Travel to industrial areas such as Rayong, Chonburi, Ayutthaya, and Korat ・Provide customer support and follow-up service ・Create sales plan and business development strategy by yourself

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ・MUST:   - Nationality: Thai preferred   - Gender: Male or Female   - Age: 30–45 years old   - Education: Bachelor Degree (any field)   - English skill/Japanese skill: Not required   - Experiences:    ・Experience in B2B sales    ・Experience visiting clients and developing new customers    ・Able to work independently and achieve sales targets    ・Experience in industrial field, machinery, compressor, manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or machine tools industry is preferred    ・Good communication and relationship building skill   - Driver License:    ・Valid driving license    ・Own car is mandatory   - etc:    ・Can travel frequently to industrial areas    ・Active and highly motivated personality  ・Advantage:   - Existing customer connections in manufacturing industry   - Experience with Japanese companies   - Experience in machinery or industrial solution sales   - Able to communicate in English
