Short Summary: - The Sales Director / Senior Sales Manager will play an important role in expanding the company’s business in Thailand. This position focuses mainly on acquiring new clients, especially Thai companies, and developing long-term business opportunities. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to understand client challenges and create suitable advertising and marketing solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong hunter mindset who enjoys building business from zero and working in a fast-changing environment. The company is looking for a business-oriented sales leader who can contribute not only to sales targets but also to future business strategy and organization development. Strong communication skills, leadership, and strategic thinking are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new clients and business opportunities, mainly with Thai/local companies - Develop and execute effective sales strategies - Propose advertising and marketing solutions based on client needs Identify client business challenges through consultation and discussion - Work closely with planning and internal teams to create proposal strategies - Build strong business relationships and expand professional networks - Support business growth and future service development - Analyze market trends and competitor activities - Lead and support future sales team development - Report sales activities and progress to management Organizational Structure: - The Sales Director / Senior Sales Manager will work closely with top management and related business development teams. This role is expected to become a key member of the organization and contribute directly to company growth strategy. The company currently operates with a small and flexible team structure, allowing quick communication and decision-making. The candidate will coordinate with planning and marketing teams to create customized proposals for clients. In the future, this position may take responsibility for building and leading the sales organization as the company expands. The reporting line will be directly connected to senior management, and the candidate should be comfortable discussing business strategy and performance with executives.

MUST - Nationality: Thai - Gender: Any - Age: Late 38 to 49 - Education: Bachelor Degree (any field) - English skill: Business level Experiences: - Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience - Strong experience in new business development - Experience acquiring new clients independently - Strong leadership and strategic sales skills - Experience selling intangible solutions, ideas, or services - Looking for strong “Hunter Sales” profile - Must have proven experience in new business development - Candidate should be able to approach Thai/local companies independently - Need strong leadership potential to build future sales organization - Suitable for candidates who enjoy business transformation and startup-like environment - Not suitable for account management focused candidates - Must be comfortable selling ideas, concepts, and solutions instead of fixed products - Business-level English is required - Prefer candidates from advertising, media, consulting, or trading company background
