Job Description
Short Summary: - The Business Development Manager / Senior Manager will play an important role in creating new business opportunities and expanding the company’s marketing solution services in Thailand and Southeast Asia. This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy building businesses from scratch and turning ideas into real commercial results. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and proposing integrated marketing and advertising solutions using digital, offline, and media channels. The candidate will also conduct market research, develop business models, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the Thailand office and Japan headquarters. This is a highly independent role requiring strategic thinking, flexibility, strong communication skills, and hands-on execution ability in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead new business development and create new business opportunities from scratch - Develop and propose integrated marketing and advertising solutions - Acquire new clients, especially Thai and global companies - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends - Create business models and revenue strategies - Design campaigns combining digital, offline, media, and location-based marketing - Coordinate with Thailand team and Japan headquarters - Manage client relationships and business negotiations - Develop strategic business plans and execute action plans - Continuously improve business performance through PDCA cycle Organizational Structure: - The Business Development Manager / Senior Manager will work closely with both the Thailand office and the Japan headquarters. The role will collaborate with internal marketing, planning, and management teams as well as external clients and partners. This position requires strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills because the candidate will coordinate projects involving multiple departments and regional teams. The reporting line is expected to be directly connected to senior management and key decision-makers within the company. As the organization is relatively small and dynamic, employees are expected to work proactively, take ownership of projects, and contribute beyond their main responsibilities when necessary.

Requirement
MUST - Nationality, Gender, Age: Thai nationality, Any gender, age 35–49 years old - Education: Bachelor Degree (any field) - English skill / Japanese skill: Business-level English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) Experiences: - Experience in Business Development, Sales, Strategy, or Consulting - Experience or strong capability in creating business from scratch (0→1) - Able to create strategic plans and execute effectively - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Comfortable working in an unstructured and changing environment etc: - Not suitable for candidates who only sell existing products/services - Must be comfortable working in a fast-changing and unstructured environment - Strong ownership, initiative, and execution mindset are important - Experience in BD, Sales, Strategy, or Consulting background preferred - Advertising industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory ## Management for 4-5 staff in team under to COO Japanese That Base in Japan ## Advantage - Experience in advertising or marketing industry - Experience working with Japanese companies - Experience handling regional or cross-border projects - Strong network with Thai or international corporate clients
