  Short Summary The Site Engineer Manager will oversee construction site management activities for smart building and MEP infrastructure projects in Thailand. This role focuses on site coordination, quality control, safety management, and construction documentation for commercial and industrial facilities. The manager will work closely with subcontractors, clients, and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities include preparing inspection documents, managing handover processes, supporting scheduling activities, and supervising construction quality on-site. This position is suitable for candidates who are interested in MEP infrastructure, construction management, and smart building projects within a fast-growing Japanese technology company expanding across ASEAN. Key Responsibilities ・Develop and improve inspection formats for construction management documentation ・Prepare and improve inspection formats used during construction work ・Provide guidance to subcontractor foremen regarding document preparation ・Review submitted construction documents and reports ・Provide safety and inspection guidance to subcontractor workers ・Prepare, review, and manage handover documentation ・Support project handover processes with clients and stakeholders ・Perform project scheduling and quality control tasks ・Ensure construction work complies with Thai regulations and safety standards ・Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with design specifications ・Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams ・Support smooth operation across multiple construction sites
