  Short Summary The Facility Engineer will support the design and construction coordination of MEP systems for commercial and industrial building projects in Thailand. This role focuses on electrical systems, HVAC systems, and instrumentation infrastructure to support smart building and IoT-related projects. The engineer will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project quality, safety compliance, and smooth construction execution. Responsibilities include reviewing construction drawings, coordinating installation work, preparing technical documentation, and supporting site activities. This position is suitable for candidates who are interested in building systems, facility engineering, and smart infrastructure projects within a fast-growing Japanese technology company expanding across ASEAN. Key Responsibilities ・Review and coordinate construction drawings for civil and MEP systems ・Support design and planning for electrical, HVAC, and instrumentation systems ・Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications ・Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams ・Prepare progress reports, quantity take-offs, and technical documents ・Participate in site meetings, inspections, and project handovers ・Support construction scheduling and project coordination ・Assist quality control activities during construction and installation processes ・Monitor project progress and report technical issues when necessary
