    Short Summary: - The Technical Sales Manager will lead and manage the technical sales team for industrial electrical and heating products. This role is responsible for creating sales strategies, expanding business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key industrial customers. The candidate will provide technical consultation for products such as Temperature Controllers and Industrial Heaters and support customers with suitable industrial solutions. The position also requires team management, sales coaching, market analysis, and sales performance monitoring. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial factory sales and technical product knowledge, especially in automation, heaters, and temperature control systems. This role requires frequent customer visits and close communication with both customers and internal teams to achieve sales targets and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Create and implement annual sales strategy and sales plans - Lead and manage Sales Engineer team - Train, coach, and develop sales team members - Set sales targets and monitor team performance - Build strong relationship with existing and new customers - Visit industrial factories and project customers - Provide technical consultation for Temperature Controllers and Industrial Heaters - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales conditions with customers - Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs - Prepare sales reports and business improvement plans - Coordinate with marketing team for promotional activities - Support customer problem solving and emergency cases - Welcome and coordinate with business partners and guests Organizational Structure: - The Technical Sales Manager will directly manage the Sales Engineer team and report to top management. The team mainly focuses on industrial factory customers and project-based sales in Thailand. This role will work closely with internal departments such as marketing, customer support, and administration to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance. The manager will be responsible for team development, performance evaluation, and sales target achievement. The candidate is expected to provide leadership, technical guidance, and motivation to team members. Frequent communication with key customers, suppliers, and business partners will also be required. Qualifications

  • Requirement

    MUST: - Nationality, Gender, Age: Thai nationality, Male, 38-50 years old - Education: Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control, Industrial Engineering or related field) - English : Good English communication skill both speaking and writing preferred (Upper intermediate level) Experiences: - At least 5-8 years of management experience in technical sales team within industrial field - Direct sales experience with factory customers, projects, or machine makers - Strong knowledge of Temperature Controller, Industrial Heater, automation equipment, or industrial instruments - Experience in sales presentation, negotiation, and closing technical solution sales - Experience using ERP, CRM, or Sales Force systems - Good understanding of industrial factory processes - Driver License: Valid driving license and able to travel domestically etc: Able to support customers in emergency cases outside working hours if needed Advantage: - Experience in plastic, food, automotive, or metal industries - Strong network with industrial factory customers - Experience handling key accounts - Experience in industrial automation products
