• Job Description

  - Supervise prototype assembly processes and ensure timely preparation of parts in collaboration with the production team. - Establish optimal standard assembly methods through trial and error. - Design and fabricate assembly aids and specialized tools to enhance line efficiency and accuracy. - Plan material ordering and processing schedules in alignment with overall assembly plans. - Inspect and verify the quality and accuracy of incoming parts before assembly. - Identify, analyze, and report assembly issues to the R&D/Design teams for continuous improvement. - Propose design modifications to reduce complexity, cut costs, and boost production efficiency. - Conduct functional checks on all systems prior to final delivery.
