  Short Summary: - The Warehouse Leader will support daily warehouse operations and inventory control activities. This role is responsible for recording incoming and outgoing raw materials and products, checking stock quantities, and maintaining accurate warehouse data. The candidate must follow company rules and procedures carefully and report any abnormal situations related to warehouse inventory. The position also requires coordination with internal teams and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Candidates should have good communication skills, responsibility, teamwork, and willingness to learn. Chinese communication skill is required because the candidate will communicate with Chinese management and related departments. Experience with ERP systems will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Follow company policies, regulations, and warehouse procedures strictly - Record incoming raw materials and withdrawal transactions - Record incoming and outgoing finished products - Check and count warehouse inventory regularly - Report abnormal raw materials or products to supervisors - Prepare and update daily warehouse records and reports - Support warehouse data summary and stock management - Coordinate with related departments for warehouse operations - Complete assigned tasks from supervisors on time Organizational Structure: - The Warehouse Leader will work closely with the warehouse and operation teams to support daily inventory and stock control activities. The position reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor or Chinese management team depending on operational requirements. The candidate will coordinate with production staff, warehouse operators, and administrative staff to ensure smooth inventory movement and accurate stock records. Communication with Chinese-speaking managers may be required in daily operations. The company expects employees to work as a team, follow operational standards, and support continuous improvement in warehouse management. This role is important for maintaining warehouse accuracy and supporting efficient production and delivery processes.
