  Short Summary: - The Production Leader is responsible for supporting daily production operations and coordinating production activities in the factory. This role will monitor production plans, control workflow, manage communication between Thai and Chinese staff, and support team management activities. The candidate will also act as a Chinese interpreter during meetings and daily operations. The position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and knowledge of production process management including safety, quality, delivery, cost control, and manpower management. Candidates should have experience in electronics, mechanical, or automotive manufacturing industries and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced factory environment. This role is important for ensuring smooth production operations and achieving company production targets. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor production plans and report production progress - Prepare meeting summaries and communicate information to team members - Support daily production management and team coordination - Solve production issues and support shop floor management - Act as Chinese interpreter between Thai and Chinese staff - Manage production process activities related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost - Support manpower management and workflow coordination - Control and manage production materials and related records - Collect, record, and analyze production process data - Coordinate production resources to achieve production and delivery targets - Communicate effectively with internal teams and supervisors - Perform other assigned tasks from supervisor Organizational Structure: - The Production Leader will work closely with production operators, supervisors, engineers, and management teams in the factory. This position reports directly to the Production Manager or Factory Management team. The role requires daily communication with both Thai and Chinese staff to support production operations and problem-solving activities. The Production Leader will help coordinate manpower, materials, and production schedules to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery. The position also supports continuous improvement activities and daily operational management on the production floor. Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing environment and handling multiple responsibilities with strong teamwork and communication skills.
