  The Production Cost Officer is responsible for managing and analyzing production cost data in the manufacturing process. This role supports the production team by collecting cost information, preparing reports, monitoring stock inventory, and controlling department budgets. The officer will also support performance analysis and cost reduction activities to improve factory efficiency. Candidates should have good analytical skills, be organized, and work carefully with numbers and reports. Experience in automotive manufacturing or related industries is preferred. This position is suitable for candidates who can work under pressure and coordinate with different departments in a factory environment. The role plays an important part in helping the company control production costs and improve overall operational performance. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and manage production cost data and statistics - Analyze production efficiency data and follow up improvement activities - Support monthly stock counting process for production department - Analyze and control production costs to support cost reduction plans - Prepare, control, and monitor production department budget - Manage production department assets and asset registration records - Control raw material withdrawal according to production orders - Record accounting data related to production materials and costs - Collect and analyze production performance data and KPI results - Prepare reports for performance analysis and KPI tracking - Support calculation and checking process for performance evaluation - Perform other assigned tasks from supervisor Organizational Structure: - The Production Cost Officer will work closely with the production department, accounting team, warehouse staff, and management team in the factory. The position reports directly to the Production Manager or assigned supervisor. Daily work includes coordinating with production staff to collect operational data, checking inventory information with warehouse teams, and supporting accounting-related cost reports. The officer will also communicate with department leaders regarding budget control and performance tracking. This role is important for supporting management decisions related to production efficiency and cost improvement. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handling multiple tasks with accuracy and responsibility.
