  Short Summary: - The Quality Engineer (QE) is responsible for managing quality activities, especially in new project development and pre-mass production stages. This role ensures that all processes and products meet customer requirements and quality standards. The QE will work closely with internal teams and customers to define quality requirements, create control plans, and improve production processes. The candidate should have strong analytical thinking, experience with quality tools, and the ability to solve problems systematically. Good communication skills in English are required, and Chinese language ability is a plus. This role is important for maintaining product quality and improving manufacturing performance. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and control quality activities before mass production - Define special characteristics of product and process - Prepare Flow Chart and PFMEA documents - Communicate customer quality requirements to internal teams - Monitor and ensure proper execution of quality plans - Lead problem-solving activities and system improvements - Coordinate cross-functional teams to solve quality issues - Handle customer complaints and corrective actions - Review and improve inspection standards and control plans - Train and support QC staff on quality techniques Organizational Structure: - The Quality Engineer works in the Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering department and reports to the QA Manager or Quality Manager. The QE collaborates closely with production, engineering, and QC teams to ensure product quality and process control. In new projects, the QE plays a key role in coordinating with cross-functional teams such as R&D, production, and customer representatives. The team structure may include multiple QEs, QA staff, and QC inspectors. This position requires both independent work and teamwork, with strong communication across departments and with customers.
