  Short Summary: - The Purchasing Specialist is responsible for sourcing and purchasing raw materials and spare parts for production. This role focuses on direct material purchasing, including both local and overseas suppliers. The candidate will manage supplier communication, negotiate prices, and ensure materials are delivered on time with the right quality. The role also requires close coordination with internal departments such as production, warehouse, and finance. The ideal candidate has strong experience in purchasing, good negotiation skills, and can communicate effectively in Chinese. This position plays an important role in cost control and smooth production operations. Key Responsibilities: - Contact and manage suppliers to order materials based on company needs - Handle purchasing documents and processes - Source and localize raw materials and spare parts - Monitor supplier production and delivery status - Solve urgent material issues quickly - Coordinate with warehouse and finance teams - Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery conditions - Evaluate and manage supplier performance - Develop and find new qualified suppliers - Support other departments in purchasing tasks - Perform other assigned duties Organizational Structure: - The Purchasing Specialist will work in the purchasing team and report to the Purchasing Manager or Supply Chain Manager. The team usually includes several purchasing staff responsible for different categories of materials such as raw materials, spare parts, and indirect materials. This position requires close communication with internal departments including production, warehouse, and finance teams. The role also involves frequent coordination with external suppliers, both local and international.
