  Short Summary: - This position is responsible for sales activities and customer coordination, mainly with Japanese clients. The Sales Officer will take care of existing customers and also find new business opportunities. The role includes presenting industrial equipment and electronic components, preparing quotations, and handling customer requirements. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and the head office to ensure smooth operations. This job requires frequent client visits, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Japanese language skill is important for communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Visit clients and maintain good relationships (Thai and Japanese clients) - Find new customers and expand business opportunities - Present products such as industrial equipment and electronic components - Prepare quotations and sales documents - Coordinate with internal teams and overseas headquarters - Support import/export and logistics processes - Monitor market trends and report to management - Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions Organizational Structure: - The Sales Officer will be part of the sales team in Thailand office. The team consists of several sales staff and support staff who work together to achieve company targets. The candidate will report directly to a Sales Manager or Japanese Manager. There will be close communication with Japanese staff, both in Thailand and at the headquarters in Japan. The role requires teamwork with internal departments such as logistics and administration. Regular meetings and reporting are required to update sales progress and customer status.
