Job Description

Short Summary: ・This role is a senior engineering position responsible for leading all technical aspects of BMS (Building Management System) projects in Thailand. You will manage system design, construction, and delivery to ensure projects meet quality and timeline requirements. The role focuses on technical leadership, team development, and process improvement. You will build and manage an engineering team and support business growth in Thailand and ASEAN. This position does not involve sales or customer negotiation, and focuses on internal technical operations. Key Responsibilities: ・Lead all technical activities for BMS projects ・Review and approve CAD drawings and system design ・Solve technical problems at project sites ・Set and control engineering standards and quality ・Manage and develop engineering team members ・Conduct performance reviews and training ・Support hiring of new engineers ・Prepare weekly technical reports ・Monitor project progress, risks, and quality

Requirement

MUST ・Education: Bachelor Degree (any field) ・English skill: High professional proficiency ・Experience: 　・BMS project management (full lifecycle) 　・Experience managing a team of 10+ engineers 　・HVAC system design or site management 　・Experience in multinational environment or overseas work 　・Others: Strong leadership and technical decision-making ability 　・Experience as Head of Engineering Department or Engineering Manager in a BMS-related business 　・Proven experience in engineering team management, organization building, and people development within a BMS-related environment Advantage: ・BMS system design experience ・Niagara framework experience ・Network / wireless system knowledge ・IoT device experience ・Subcontractor management experience ・Experience working with Japanese companies ・Experience building new teams or organizations ・P&L management experience ・Experience managing multiple business units, departments, or company-wide operations ・Experience building organizations, establishing management structures, and leading　organizational growth ・Executive-level management experience with responsibility for overall business performance and organizational development
