  Short Summary: This position is responsible for supporting communication between Chinese and Thai staff in a manufacturing environment. The interpreter will translate both spoken and written content such as meetings, technical documents, and daily communication. You will work closely with engineers and team members to ensure correct understanding of information. The role also includes organizing translation materials and improving translation quality. This job is suitable for candidates who have strong Chinese skills and are interested in working in a factory environment. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret between Chinese and Thai (meetings, daily communication) - Translate documents (technical documents, reports, etc.) - Support engineers with translation tasks - Check and improve translation quality - Work with translation team members - Organize and manage translation materials - Join training programs to improve translation skills - Coordinate with other departments - Support tasks assigned by manager Organizational Structure: You will be part of a translation or support team in the factory. The team usually includes interpreters and administrative staff who support engineers and production teams. You will report directly to a team leader or department manager, who may be Thai or Chinese. Daily work involves close communication with engineers, production staff, and other departments such as quality control and operations. The working environment is dynamic, and teamwork is important. You may also coordinate with Chinese staff or headquarters, so clear communication and cultural understanding are required. Training and knowledge sharing activities are regularly provided within the team.
