  Short Summary: The Sales Staff will be responsible for IT solution sales and customer support for business software products. The main role is to find new customers through events and business meetings, introduce company software solutions, and close sales within 2–3 months. After closing the deal, the sales staff will continue supporting customers for about 6 months to help them use the system successfully. This position is more like a consultant who supports customers and grows with them, not just selling products. The sales staff will communicate with customers to understand their business problems and propose suitable IT solutions. The position requires good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities: ・Join events and exhibitions to find potential customers(Not cold call, because this company has cold call team) ・Visit clients and introduce company software solutions ・Understand customer business needs and propose solutions ・Prepare proposals and quotations ・Close sales within 2–3 months ・Support customers after sales for system usage (about 6 months) ・Coordinate with customer support team ・Visit clients across Thailand ・Report sales activities to manager ・Build long-term relationship with customers
