Job Description
- Research and develop new products based on requests from clients. - Manage the product development lifecycle from recipe formulation to trial and quality evaluation. - Do trial and adjustment for new product and analyse the results. - Create and manage technical documents and reports in English. - Collaborate with the existing R&D team - Report to management

Requirement
MUST - Bachelor’s degree - Having 2~3 years experience in Food R&D position (Flours, Milling, instant foods, Processed foods and seasonings etc...) BETTER - Having experience with Flour products - Bachelor’s degree with food Science or similar field
