  Short Summary The Deputy Director will lead operational execution as the company expands deployment of its product and IoT solutions across Thailand and ASEAN. This role acts as the local operational leader under a Japan-led management structure. The position focuses on managing multi-site project rollouts, supervising large technical teams, and ensuring operational efficiency and project profitability. The Deputy Director will coordinate closely with Japan headquarters to align strategy, technical standards, and execution priorities. The role also requires managing subcontractors, overseeing risk management across projects, and supporting technical discussions with clients. This position plays a key role in building the Thailand organization and may develop into a Managing Director position in the future. Key Responsibilities ・Lead large-scale rollout projects across factories, offices, and commercial facilities in Thailand ・Support operational expansion into ASEAN markets ・Manage project profitability including gross margin and cost control ・Supervise cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors ・Build and optimize local operational systems aligned with HQ strategy ・Coordinate closely with Japan HQ on technical standards and rollout planning ・Manage subcontractors and vendors including quality, cost, and performance ・Support technical discussions with customers and partners ・Bridge product specifications with on-site implementation requirements ・Monitor risks across multiple projects and implement corrective actions ・Support Proof of Concept (PoC) validation and technical deployment preparation ・Report operational performance and project progress to HQ
