    Short Summary: This position is responsible for recruitment activities in the Human Resources Department. The main role is to manage the hiring process and identify suitable candidates for the company. The company is especially looking for professionals who have strong interview skills and can evaluate candidate personality and cultural fit. The role includes both specialist recruitment (professional positions) and mass recruitment such as hiring many operators. Depending on experience, the employee may focus more on either specialist hiring or large-volume recruitment. The position requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to ask effective interview questions. The HR recruitment staff will work closely with the HR team and management to ensure the company hires the right talent to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: ・Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to hiring ・Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate personality and cultural fit ・Recruit specialist positions and professional roles ・Manage mass recruitment for operator positions ・Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs ・Analyze candidate qualifications and suitability ・Support recruitment planning and hiring strategies ・Prepare recruitment reports and hiring data

Qualifications

    MUST ・Nationality: Thai ・Gender: Male or Female ・Age: 30–36 years old ・Education: Bachelor Degree (any field) ・English skill: Basic communication level ・Japanese skill: Not required ・Experiences: Recruitment experience with strong interview and candidate evaluation skills ・Driver License: Not required ・Experience in specialist recruitment (experience in HR consulting company or recruitment agency is good ) OR ・Experience in mass recruitment (operator hiring) in HR department in a company Advantage ・Experience working in a Japanese company ・Japanese language ability (JLPT N1 or N2)
