Job Description

Short Summary: This position is Sales Executive for air-conditioning systems and building equipment. You will sell air conditioners and equipment to construction companies, sub-contractors, and manufacturing companies. The sales style is 30% new business and 70% existing clients. You will visit customers, make proposals, and close deals by yourself. You can go directly to customer sites and return home after work. Training will be provided for about 2 months (OJT). Even if you do not have air-conditioning knowledge, you can learn after joining. Strong passion and commitment are very important. Key Responsibilities: ・Visit clients (construction companies, sub-contractors, factories) ・Sell air-conditioning systems and building equipment ・Develop new clients by phone calls and visits ・Take care of existing clients ・Prepare quotations and proposals ・Coordinate installation schedule with engineers ・Drive own car to visit customers ・Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

Requirement

MUST ・Nationality: Thai / Gender: Male preferred / Age: 25–40 ・Education: Bachelor Degree (any field) ・English skill: Not required ・Experience: At least 3 years of strong sales experience ・Driver License: Must have own car and valid driving license ・etc: Energetic, proactive, good communication, aggressive sales mindset Advantage: ・Experience in construction or sub-contractor sales ・Experience in factory equipment or electrical products ・Experience in air-conditioning or building equipment ・Background from industrial trading company ・Experience working with Japanese companies ・Experience with brands like Daikin, Toshiba, Hitachi, Panasonic
