Job Description

- Effectively manage and optimize production resources. - Oversee and control manufacturing processes in alignment with established production plans. - Develop and maintain clear Work Instructions (WI) for production operations. - Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity. - Prepare and manage documentation to accurately record and track production results. - Proactively analyze production issues and implement effective problem-solving measures. - Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow.

Requirement

[Must] - Experience 0.5 - 3 years as production Engineer - English: Internal communication level. - able to commute by yourself.(Required driver License) [Prefer] - Candidates with a background in woodworking or furniture manufacturing are highly preferred as the process is very similar. - Having experience with automotive parts
