  Short Summary - The MI Supervisor is responsible for controlling and supervising the production processes of Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, and Testing in the PCBA manufacturing line. You will ensure that all products meet quality standards and follow work instructions. This position requires strong leadership to control operators and solve daily production problems such as solder defects, coating NG, and test failures. You must check machine readiness, equipment, and jigs before production. You will report production results and issues to your superior. This role is important to keep production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Night shift work may be required depending on the production plan. Key Responsibilities: - Control and supervise Wave Soldering, Coating, and Test processes - Ensure product quality follows company standards - Solve daily production problems (solder defects, coating NG, test failures) - Control and guide operators in the production line - Check machine condition, equipment, and fixtures - Support safety rules and 5S activities - Report production results and problems to supervisor Organizational Structure: - You will work in the Manufacturing / MI department at the factory. You will supervise production operators in the Wave, Coating, and Test processes. The team includes several operators in each production line. You will report directly to the Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager. You will coordinate with the Quality Control team, Engineering team, and Maintenance team to solve production issues. This position requires close communication with other departments to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
