  Short Summary: This position is responsible for new client acquisition and business development in the influencer marketing field. You will focus on generating new leads, setting appointments, and closing deals with Japanese and local companies in Thailand. The role requires strong sales skills and the ability to understand client needs and propose suitable influencer marketing solutions. You will manage the sales pipeline and work closely with the internal influencer/KOL team to ensure smooth project execution. As the company is a fast-growing startup, you will have high ownership and direct impact on business growth. In the future, you may supervise team members as the organization expands. Key Responsibilities: ・Generate new leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals ・Set appointments and conduct client meetings ・Identify target companies and develop sales strategies ・Understand client marketing needs and propose suitable solutions ・Achieve sales targets and manage KPI ・Manage sales pipeline and prepare sales reports ・Coordinate with influencer/KOL team for campaign execution ・Maintain good relationships with existing clients
