Job Description
Short Summary: This position supports a Japanese manager in Thailand business expansion, focusing on distributor sales support, sales planning, and office administration. The staff will support distributor sales activities, prepare sales materials, manage sales data, and help develop sales strategies. The role also includes secretary and administrative tasks such as office coordination, accounting coordination, sample stock management, and meeting minutes. This position requires a flexible person who can handle both sales support and administrative tasks. The staff may also support business in other countries besides Thailand. This is a startup phase in Thailand, so the employee will handle various tasks and work closely with the Japanese manager. Key Responsibilities: ・Support distributor sales activities and accompany distributor sales visits ・Prepare sales support materials and presentations ・Make appointments on behalf of distributors or manager ・Manage sales activity records and sales performance data ・Support sales strategy planning and market analysis ・Analyze business issues and support improvement plans ・Manage product inventory and sample stock ・Support business operations for other countries (not only Thailand) ・Prepare and participate in exhibitions and trade shows ・Research and source potential new distributors ・Office administration and coordination with accounting firm ・Support expense reimbursement for manager ・Manage sample stock and logistics ・Take meeting minutes and prepare reports ・General administrative and secretary tasks

Requirement
[MUST] - Nationality: Thai - Gender: Female - Age: 26-33 years old - Educational background: Bachelor's degree (any major) English: Business level - Experience and skills: - Sales experience through distributors (especially B2B) *Food products welcome (Minimum of 3 years or more) - Experience in scheduling appointments and conducting on-site sales to corporate clients. - Preparation of various documents (presentation materials, quotations, invoices, etc.) - Experience in planning, analyzing, and managing business and sales strategies and KPIs. - others: - Someone who is flexible and can handle multitasking. - People who are interested in bread and food - Secretarial and administrative work [Desired Qualifications (WANT)] - Connections with hotel purchasing departments and chefs (HORECA) - Connections with food wholesalers and food retailers - Practical experience in the food industry - Experience in import/export or food distribution
